# The Docket

> The Docket is a private capital intelligence platform. It sources, scores and publishes private market deals (business acquisitions, real estate, private credit and funds) on one 0-100 scale, so investors can see what is available and what deserves a closer look. Published by L&N Collective LLC, California.

The Docket screens 1,000+ private deals a week with automated sourcing and applies the same criteria to every one. It accepts no sponsor payments and no referral fees. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or fund manager. Scores are editorial judgments based on public information at the time of review. They are not predictions of returns, recommendations or investment advice, and they are not updated after publication.
